Remember, you choose the degree of difficulty by changing the weight, resistance, speed or repetitions.Now you can workout anytime and anywhere.The videos show you how to exercise properly with correct technique and target different body parts. We will also be inviting guest personal trainers to develop and post their own routines so everyone with a W8 GYM will have a library of free workout videos to choose from. Watch this space!
